V―Vacuuming・Defoaming
Connecting a vacuum pump makes it possible to process materials with a vacuum in the bowl, thereby preventing the creation of air bubbles in and the oxidation and degradation of materials.
J―Jacket-type structure
The two-layered bowl, which makes mixing cold water, hot water, and steam in the jacket more efficient, creates optimum mixing conditions.
I―Inverter drive
In order to maximize the performance of the cutter mixer, it is important to set the rotation speed according to the viscosity of the material and the purpose of emulsification. By doubling the output of the motor, which is the output source, and driving it with an inverter, we have made it possible to operate with plenty of space. Also, by setting low and high speeds to appropriate speeds, it is possible to suppress unnecessary power consumption, machine wear and material deterioration.

Attachment
All products are standardly equipped with baffles containing flat blades and wipers. Other options can be selected according to use.
Flat blades
Products used for easily cattable materials which have a relatively high amount of moisture, such as vegetables, raw meats, and raw fish.
Sawblades
Products used for materials which are hard to grind, such as dried meats, nuts, and frozen fish.
Angled blades
These blades are customized types. A sharp, rising blade is ideal for raw meat s and raw fish mince.
Baffles
The rotating baffle can help mix ingredients evenly and prevent ingredients from sticking to the bowl and cover. This drastically improves the convective effect and mixing efficiency.
Skipper
The skipper is set at the bottom of the blade. Through coaxial rotation, it improves the dispersion of materials which have sunken to the bottom of the container. This is effective for powder materials and materials with a high specific weight.
